Early winter of 2020, I made a flyer asking people to text me as if we were good friends. Ones that met during an event that was supposed to have happened, if not for the COVID-19 global pandemic.
As messages began slowly trickling in, I devised a set of questions that reinforced
the fictional, yet familiar, relationship between me and the person on the other end.
In this zine is a selection of replies to
the flyer,

the desire to reconnect with
a friend you never got the chance meet.
